A modern, accessible website with online appointment booking for a multi-location wellness clinic.
ClearWell Health Clinic operates several wellness and diagnostic centres, but their existing website hadn’t kept pace with the business — patients could only book appointments by phone, and finding the right location or service meant scrolling through a single crowded page.
The Challenge
Patients expect to book healthcare appointments online, at any hour, without waiting on hold. ClearWell needed a website that made it easy to find the right clinic, understand available services, and book a visit in a few clicks — while remaining calm, clear and accessible for visitors of all ages and abilities.
What We Built
We designed a clean, reassuring visual identity and restructured the site around clinics and services rather than a single flat page. Each location received its own page with hours, directions and available services, and we integrated an online booking flow directly into the site so patients could reserve appointments without a phone call. Accessibility was a first-class requirement throughout — colour contrast, keyboard navigation and screen-reader-friendly markup were built in from the start, not bolted on afterward.
The Outcome
The new site gives ClearWell a scalable foundation: new locations and services can be added by their own team without developer involvement, online booking has reduced front-desk call volume, and the clinic now has dedicated, SEO-friendly pages for each service and location to help new patients find them.
